Therapy is for anyone seeking support, personal growth, or a safe space to process life’s challenges. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to understand yourself better, therapy can help. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from counseling.
Your first session is about getting to know you—your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll discuss your history, current challenges, and what approach may work best for you. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable with the process.
The length of therapy varies for each person. Some people find relief in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll work together to determine what’s best for you based on your needs and goals.
I am currently in-network with Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, and Decent, but only for telehealth appointments scheduled through Rula. If you would like to use your insurance for virtual sessions, you can request an appointment through Rula’s platform.
If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. If you’re unsure about your benefits, I recommend checking with your insurance provider to see if they offer reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.
I am in the process of obtaining additional credentialing for both telehealth and in-person sessions, and I will update this information as new options become available. If you’d like to confirm coverage or discuss private pay options, feel free to reach out!
Feeling nervous is completely normal! Taking the first step can be the hardest part, but you’re not alone. Therapy is a collaborative process, and our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. If you have concerns, we’re happy to answer any questions before you begin.
At this time, I do not offer evening or weekend sessions. As both a dedicated therapist and a mom with an active lifestyle—including my passion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—I prioritize a schedule that allows me to be fully present for my clients while also maintaining balance in my personal life.
I understand that scheduling can be a challenge, and I do my best to offer flexible daytime appointments to accommodate your needs. If you’re unsure whether my availability aligns with your schedule, feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to discuss options with you!
Getting started is simple! You can schedule a session in one of two ways:
📅 Request Online: Visit our Patient Portal and click “Request Appointment.” This allows you to choose a time that works for you.
📞 Call Us: Prefer to speak with someone directly? Give us a call, and we’ll help you find a time that fits your schedule.
If you’re unsure about where to start or have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency please call the suicide hotline at 988 or go to your nearest emergency department.
